PE sessions will take place on the following days each week:
Reception – Friday
Year 1 – Wednesday
Year 2 – Thursday
Year 3 – Tuesday and Thursday
Year 4 – Tuesday
Year 5 – Monday
Year 6 – Monday
Children should come to school in their PE kits on the day that they have their PE session.
All children will return to school on Monday 6th September. We look forward to welcoming everyone back!

The library will be running the Summer Reading Challenge again this year, but it will be slightly different to last year’s challenge. Further details will be posted closer to the time. They are currently giving out free Elmer activity packs to celebrate Elmer Day on Saturday 29th May.
For any parents who have a library card for themselves or their children, the library has many resources online that you can access while they are closed. They have access to Encyclopaedia Britannica, eBooks, eAudiobooks and also eMagazines. Resources can be accessed using the link below:
If you are not members of the library, you can also join the library online using the link. The library also have activities on their Facebook page, which is @DurhamLibraries on Facebook. There are craft activities and weekly online jigsaws, and they are hoping to add more activities soon!

A range of zoos and aquariums are offering live streams of their animals. Keep busy at home by watching animals live and see what they are up to in real time. You may not get the chance to see these animals in a zoo near you, so take the chance to have a look.
